  22. You might want to take a look at the following aminet:/comm/tcp archive:

  24. IU-14-amitcp.lha     392K+AmiTCP SMTP/NNTP utilities v1.4 INetUtils

  26. It is all you need for getting mail via SMTP (and news via NNTP if you
  27. don't want to use an online news reader like TIN)

  29. If your machine is connected to the net only for short periods of time you
  30. should consider using POP to get your email. You'll find a POP client on
  31. aminet ! Look for AmiPOP and/or GetMail.
