- You might want to take a look at the following aminet:/comm/tcp archive:

- It is all you need for getting mail via SMTP (and news via NNTP if you
- don't want to use an online news reader like TIN)

- If your machine is connected to the net only for short periods of time you
- should consider using POP to get your email. You'll find a POP client on
